With nearly 25 years in the industry, she has worked with Kacey Musgraves, Sam Hunt, Parker McCollum, and Jordan Davis, helping shape their unique voices and careers. Previously Senior Vice President of A&R at Warner Music Nashville, Stephanie collaborated with artists including Jamey Johnson, Cole Swindell, Gavin Adcock, Hudson Westbrook and The Castellows. Known for her keen ear, strategic insight, and collaborative approach, she is deeply committed to artist development and the songwriting community.
