Gabi Cote
Have you met Gabi Cote? From her humble beginnings as a college radio DJ to her studies in Public Relations, Gabi made her way to Position Music in 2022 where she handles synchronization licenses for Film, TV, and Video Games.
Gabi started her career at Dare To Care Records (now Bravo Musique), a prominent Montreal label where she worked with some of Quebec’s most prolific acts. In 2018, she left her French-speaking roots and moved to LA to pursue a degree in Business Management at UCLA and worked for Italo disco/synth pop cult label Italians Do It Better (Chromatics, Glass Candy, Desire, Johnny Jewel, etc) where she handled both licensing and label duties. She also worked as Chromatics & Desire’s Tour Manager on their worldwide Double Exposure tour in 2019.
Gabi is fluent in French (in fact, that’s her first language), an avid golfer and a novice powerlifter. In the wild, she can usually be seen on a golf course carrying around her bright pink golf bag (it matches her hair!) or at the gym lifting heavy weights.
