Italy and Sydney. Home to a large exclusive catalog spanning both pop and classical music, Wise Music
functions as a full-service music publisher and copyright administrator with a focus on promoting its
copyrights in performance, film, television, trailer and advertising.

Job Overview:
The Senior Income Tracker will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring all royalty income streams,
ensuring accuracy and providing financial reports and analyses to the management and finance
departments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of
a team. The Senior Income Tracker will work in an office setting, supervising the department and
providing mentorship to others. May be required to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor and track royalty income from various sources.
• Responsible for recovering missing income and ensuring targets are met.
• Collaborate with legal and accounting teams to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Reconcile royalty statements with internal records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Research both internal and external systems, check various income reports and make changes
  to the data as needed to ensure that income from our compositions flows correctly.
• Generate regular financial reports detailing royalty income and distributions.
• Develop and improve royalty tracking systems and procedures.
• Prepare presentations of analysis and findings to senior management.
• Provide support during financial audits related to royalty income.
• Collaborate with affiliates and third-party entities using local knowledge to assist with income
  tracking efforts on a global basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in music publishing income tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and Tableau, Ultrex, Snowflake, iMaestro.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of intellectual property law and rights management.
• Experience with royalty & tracking software platforms.

Compensation: $100-120k.
This is an exempt salaried position. Full medical and dental benefits and 401(K) are offered. Wise
