AIMP LA loves hearing about the great things our past scholarship recipients are doing as they finish their schooling and launch their music industry careers. Trinity Drummond (AIMP LA Linda Komorsky 2024 Scholarship Recipient) reports that since receiving the scholarship last year:

“I have independently music supervised an all-student-produced rom-com short film at UCLA. I oversaw a commissioned score and original song for the end credits, plus licensed a track by an independent LA artist. All of this will be submitted to ASCAP and BMI with a cue sheet and posted on YouTube in the near future. I learned all these skills from the AIMP and my unforgettable time (interning) with the Film Music Publishing team at Universal Pictures, and this was all funded from the scholarship I received!”

Last month, Trinity presented the short as her capstone project at the Schoenberg Music Building at UCLA. We can’t wait to see what she does next!
