New York is the original headquarters of Independent Music Publishers, and over a hundred years later the AIMP NY continues to serve this robust community. With a membership that includes songwriters, attorneys, agents and financial advisors the AIMP NY chapter strives to deliver thought provoking educational seminars, webinars, and networking events aimed at supporting the entire publishing community, from a novice intern to a seasoned veteran. AIMP NY also acts as the host of the annual Global Music Publishing Summit, bringing together industry professionals from all over the world.
